The Raceday Stewards granted a request from S.M.Duffy, trainer of Darwin's Angel, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official as per the provisions of Rule 90(i).
J.S. Dalton, rider of Darwin's Angel, trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left under pressure.
111B Brian Forkan Construction M'dnR.M Mulligan, rider of Lord Aus, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bit upset in the starting stalls.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Priorstown, trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
111D MG Plant Sales H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tenacious, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
S. Foley, rider of Tenacious, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the track.
R. Whearty, rider of Guildhall Graduate, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the track.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Swift Charm, trained by W.R. Crawford, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran off the first bend and got unbalanced at the final bend.
111F BOYLE Sports Home Of Early Payout M'dnR.P. Whelan, rider of Ballyadam, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged right up the home straight.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Diligo, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stepped right on the point of the turn two furlongs from home.
J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Goodie Girl, trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very slowly away.
111G KOG Logistics H'capJ. Cleary, rider of Migdam (FR), trained by E.Buckley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel. This was subsequently confirmed by the IHRB Veterinary Officer who reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.
S. Coen, rider of Amplitude, trained by Joseph G. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jinked left at the first bend.
111H McGrath Limestone Works H'capG.M. Ryan, rider of Miss Australie, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was short of room out of the starting stalls. Having viewed this incident at the start, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
